Users are responsible for keeping access credentials confidential and for the activity carried out in their accounts. Providing false or incomplete information may lead to access suspension.

5. Content introduced by users
Each company is responsible for the data, documents, messages and files uploaded to its own account. The user guarantees that they have the right to use and process the information entered into the system.
It is expressly forbidden to add external links, IP addresses, domains outside `nexoit.ro`, as well as obscene words, insults, sexual, pornographic, abusive or harmful content in the reminder editing area. Yeary detected attempt may lead to automatic suspension of the account and access to services until verified by an administrator.
6. Limitation of liability
NexoIT makes reasonable efforts to ensure availability and proper operation, but does not guarantee the absolute absence of interruptions or errors. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
7. Suspension or termination
We reserve the right to limit, suspend or close access to the platform in case of breach of these terms, non-payment, abusive behavior or security risk.
